Q. How to purchase?

To order:-
1. To make an order, you are required to register as a member.
2. Click ‘Add to Cart’ button on the products that you wish to purchase.
3. Click ‘Continue Shopping’ to add other products into the cart OR click ‘checkout’ to proceed with your payments.
4. Kindly confirm your shipping address on the ‘shipping address’ page and click ‘next’ button thereafter.
5. Next, choose your payment method and then click the ‘next’ button.
6. After completing the above steps, please confirm your billing details again and agree on the terms and conditions of the purchase.
7. Click “Confirm Order” button to complete your order.

Q. How to change my account’s personal information and shipping address?

* Log in to your account -> Click on the “Account Maintenance” -> Edit your account’s information and shipping address here.

Q. What should I do when I forgot my password?

1. Click on the “Lost Password” button and insert your email address that you used to register the account in the box.
2. Click “Submit”.
3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order provided it is still on a pending status.
To inform us on the cancellation:

- Orders which are on shipping or “shipped” status cannot be cancelled.

Q. How long does the delivery usually take?

Delivery usually takes about 1 to 3 working days for the domestic orders using the Air Pak services. However, for those who choose Post Malaysia services as their delivery agent, it will take about 5-7 days.
